Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Economics, or a closely related field, plus eight years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
  • •Experience applying change management concepts (communication, training, adoption measurement, gap remediation) using Agile methodologies (4 years).
  • •Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks including PCI-DSS, AML, KYC, PSD2, GDPR, or CCA (4 years).
  • •Experience with data visualization and analytics tools such as Tableau (3 years).
  • •Experience with RESTful and GraphQL APIs, including authentication, rate-limiting, and monitoring (3 years).
