Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide fast, accurate, professional clerical and administrative support to health staff and patients to keep the clinic running smoothly.
  • •Manage electronic and hard copy health records and data in accordance with Defence policies, privacy requirements, and compliance standards.
  • •Coordinate appointments and liaise with internal and external health service providers to support continuity of care and timely access to patient information.
  • •Prepare reports, update health and personnel management systems, and assist with auditing activities for operational and compliance requirements.

Key Requirements
