Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the single point of customer accountability, orchestrating Signature deliverables, experience, and renewal/expansion.
  • •Cultivate and maintain relationships with customer IT and business executives, sponsors, and decision-makers.
  • •Coordinate completion of the Signature Success services catalog and provide timely, proactive Salesforce feature guidance.
  • •Advise customers on adopting new Salesforce features from annual release schedules and identify implementation challenges and risks.
  • •Act as an advocate for customers during triage and resolution of high severity cases; manage expectations and communications through incident resolution.
