Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage the delivery of complex real estate programmes and portfolios, ensuring client objectives are met and projects are delivered to time, cost and quality standards
•Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders and partners, and act as a trusted advisor and point of contact
•Identify and secure new business opportunities, and support the preparation and delivery of bids and proposals
•Contribute to the development and improvement of portfolio and programme management products and services, and share best practices and lessons learned
•Embrace and promote the use of digital tools and solutions to enhance portfolio and programme delivery and performance

Key Requirements

•Experience working on healthcare programmes; healthcare programme management experience desirable
•Good understanding of programme management requirements and how it relates to healthcare facilities
•Ability to work in relevant programme management processes and systems
•Excellent communication skills, in person and written
•Degree qualified in a relevant field
