Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end technical delivery for assigned implementations, including planning, estimates, dependencies, deliverables, technical solution design, code build schedules, and implementation documentation.
  • •Provide oversight for product configuration, custom development, mobile implementation, UI/UX configuration, integrations, environment readiness, performance testing, security testing, architecture reviews, and code review standards.
  • •Manage, coach, and develop developers and technical leads; balance workload and validate staffing/capacity needs; support onboarding and promote accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • •Serve as a client-facing technical leader by defining requirements, guiding solutions, resolving integration issues, and supporting defect triage and technical troubleshooting with clients and stakeholders.
  • •Oversee go-live and production readiness activities, including playbooks, pilot/validation plans, code promotions, cutover readiness, operational readiness, post-installation verification, and improvements in automation and quality controls.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of relevant software engineering, implementation, or technical delivery experience with a Bachelor’s degree (or 12+ years with a Master’s degree).
  • •Expert proficiency across 10+ core technologies and practices, including ASP.NET, C#, XML, JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, jQuery, XSLT, .NET Core, SQL Server, APIs, microservices, CI/CD, and Azure.
  • •Experience in 2+ banking domain areas, such as retail banking, business banking, fintech solutions, or digital banking delivery models.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or 1+ Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • •Advanced proficiency in technical delivery across solution design through production readiness. (Implied by experience requirements.)
