Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop a team of 30+ employees and 3 supervisors across multiple shifts.
  • •Maintain visible presence on the shopfloor and actively guide, coach, and support team members to build a responsible team culture.
  • •Ensure safe, productive, and high-quality shift operations aligned with production, quality, food safety, and occupational safety standards.
  • •Organize and coordinate daily staffing and available resources to meet production goals efficiently.
  • •Monitor relevant KPIs and deliver analysis and reporting on productivity, quality, efficiency, and results to management; support process improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in business administration, business engineering, logistics, or a comparable qualification.
  • •First leadership experience in production (ideally food production) with strong understanding of warehouse and production processes.
  • •Strong responsibility for occupational safety, quality, food safety, operational stability, and performance.
  • •Experience with MS Office or Google Workspace, including KPI analysis and reporting (especially Excel or Google Sheets).
  • •Fluent German and good English (at least B2 each).
