Own the operational reliability of NVIDIA’s enterprise network infrastructure, driving high availability through incident response, service-request handling, monitoring, and proactive risk mitigation. Key Responsibilities

•Ensure high availability and reliability of the network infrastructure by owning operations, handling network incidents, and managing service requests.
•Partner with architecture and deployment teams to make new implementations supportable and aligned with production standards.
•Implement automation to reduce toil and improve operational efficiency while maintaining Service Level Objectives (SLOs).
•Monitor network performance, identify areas for improvement, collaborate on refinements, and proactively mitigate network risks.
•Conduct blameless postmortems and follow through on Root Cause Analyses (RCAs), and develop knowledge base articles for automation and bots.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of industry experience in network operations or related areas focused on support, automation, and site reliability engineering across enterprise and data center networks.
•Strong network fundamentals and proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues using TCP/UDP, IPv4/IPv6, BGP, OSPF, ISIS, VPN, L2 switching, firewalls, load balancers, and wireless technologies.
•Familiarity with network monitoring/management tools including Prometheus, Grafana, Alert Manager, Nautobot/Netbox, and BigPanda.
•Experience automating networks using Salt, Ansible, Python, or similar frameworks.
•Hands-on Linux system fundamentals; plus experience with ServiceNow and Jira and foundational knowledge of ITIL.
