Detail Line Lead

Lead a team of hourly associates in an inspection center to drive reconditioning production targets while maintaining quality standards. Manage the safe flow of vehicles in and out of the center, oversee day-to-day team performance, coach and provide feedback, and resolve conflicts. Review and approve mechanical and physical defects, partner with the general manager on repair or rejection decisions, and train associates using quality control standards.
