Key Responsibilities

  • •Build, develop, and drive a sales pipeline for Cadence processor IP technology across key accounts in the region.
  • •Generate, qualify, and advance new business opportunities, including pipeline development and opportunity management.
  • •Lead contract negotiations with customers and Cadence legal and functional teams to secure agreements.
  • •Articulate the value proposition of adopting Cadence processor technology to executive, marketing, architecture, hardware, and software stakeholders.
  • •Track account activity and provide regular updates on strategies, progress, and results to management and executive stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of experience licensing semiconductor IP technology; processor, DSP and/or AI hardware acceleration experience preferred.
  • •BSEE or equivalent technical degree required; MBA preferred.
  • •Strong technical background across the processor hardware and software ecosystem.
  • •Experience selling complex, differentiated semiconductor solutions to both startups and large enterprises.
  • •Demonstrated strategic selling skills with a track record closing large ($1M+) license agreements.
