Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop key accounts across construction, automotive, O&G, mining, industry, and energy to grow the business and gain market share.
  • •Identify decision-making processes and key stakeholders, and hold discussions and build relationships across different organizational levels.
  • •Visit job sites (new projects or existing plants) to demonstrate products, understand customer pain points and opportunities, and build value propositions for expansion.
  • •Influence users to standardize the company’s solutions and ensure business sustainability.
  • •Conduct brand presence activities and manage consulting and training across industrial product lines (power tools, accessories, consumables, hand tools, and related).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial Engineering or related fields (a postgraduate degree is a plus).
  • •At least 6 years of experience in sales, technical advisory, or industrial and construction-related companies; includes 2 years specifically selling an industrial tools portfolio.
  • •Experience and enjoyment in using Salesforce or another CRM; if not yet experienced, be proactive and enthusiastic about learning and using these systems.
  • •Sales training background and ability to manage presentations to customers and internal updates on account development.
  • •Basic knowledge of office tools (manejo de herramientas ofimáticas).
