New Business Onboarding Manager

Lead the end-to-end onboarding of new clients and business partners, ensuring internal policies and regulatory requirements are met efficiently. Manage and develop a team focused on financial crime compliance, conducting due diligence, risk assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring against SLA standards. Partner with cross-functional teams, build onboarding documentation and procedures, mentor junior analysts, and support internal and external stakeholder walkthroughs (including auditors and regulators).
