Key Responsibilities

  • •Support development and commercialisation of Taste Foundation Technology for Indonesia in line with SEA and Indonesian strategic plans.
  • •Define technical specifications and requirements to enable processing and cost optimisation for the Indonesian market.
  • •Advance key Taste Foundation projects with flavourist, application, and EUM teams; serve as RDA technical point of contact in Karawang.
  • •Research emerging Taste Foundation Technology trends and build strategic relationships with internal and external technical teams.
  • •Run Taste Foundation Technology across multiple processing methods, perform sensory tasting and data evaluation, recommend samples, and drive raw material and process improvement (PIP) projects while maintaining EHS compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Food Technology/Food Science background with at least a bachelor’s degree.
  • •3+ years of experience with flavour processing including encapsulation, emulsion, liquid and dry blending, plus reaction processes.
  • •2+ years experience managing flavour chemical and related flavour processes/raw material categories through analysis, comparison, and portfolio management.
  • •Intermediate sensory and analysis evaluation skills; able to operate Microsoft Office and SAP ERP.
  • •Intermediate knowledge of continuous improvement or Yellow-belt Six Sigma.
