Key Responsibilities

  • •Define the learning vision and strategy based on student needs, business priorities, and healthcare workforce demand.

  • •Lead end-to-end development and launch of high-quality online and blended healthcare programs.
  • •Build repeatable learning operations processes to develop, maintain, and improve curriculum across a growing portfolio.
  • •Develop learning innovations using AI and emerging technologies, and collaborate with Operations, Compliance, and Workforce Solutions to incorporate feedback.
