Job Summary

Define and execute the learning strategy across a growing portfolio of healthcare programs. Own learning experience quality end-to-end—from curriculum development and instructional delivery to clinical rotation design—using data to drive student outcomes. Lead a team of curriculum developers and instructional designers, collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Compliance, and healthcare partners, and apply AI and emerging technologies to personalize learning and improve engagement.

Key Responsibilities

•Define the learning vision and strategy based on student needs, business priorities, and healthcare workforce demand.
•Develop and own the program and content roadmap, including curriculum improvements, assessments, and learning modalities.
•Lead end-to-end development and launch of high-quality online and blended healthcare programs.
•Build repeatable learning operations processes to develop, maintain, and improve curriculum across a growing portfolio.
•Develop learning innovations using AI and emerging technologies, and collaborate with Operations, Compliance, and Workforce Solutions to incorporate feedback.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 210,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in online or blended learning, curriculum development, academic program management, instructional design, or education operations.

•Highly analytical mindset using data to improve learning experiences and student outcomes.
•Ability to translate complex healthcare or technical subject matter into clear learning experiences.
