Provide customers with a memorable retail experience at The North Face store in Manchester Trafford. Deliver excellent customer service, demonstrate product knowledge on the shop floor, and maintain merchandising standards aligned with brand guidelines. Stay current on market trends and brand positioning, follow store and stock-room operational procedures, and contribute a positive, customer-focused presence through weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
