Field Service Engineer

Execute basic, pre-defined maintenance and diagnostic activities for ASML systems at customer sites under supervision. Conduct problem analysis using defined means, gather diagnostic information, and follow initial troubleshooting approaches. Handover issues to experienced team members, documenting relevant data and reports. Perform repairs using tools and part replacements, run procedures within customer machine time windows, and provide guidance to users on malfunctions and routine maintenance while sharing findings with the team.
