Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare surfaces for spraying, including sanding, feather edging, masking, and ensuring proper finishing before inspection.
  • •Check bills of material for correct color and specified mull thickness, and record serial numbers of repainted units.
  • •Adjust and monitor pump pressures, heater temperatures, air and fluid pressures, and check paint viscosity using a Zahn cup and stopwatch when required.
  • •Maintain spraying operations by checking and maintaining fluid/air pressure in pressure pots, changing filters, and keeping spray booth areas clean.
  • •Clean and lubricate spray guns and personal respirator at scheduled times and procure paints as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED (General Education Degree).
  • •Previous industrial, manufacturing, or automotive spray-painting experience.
  • •Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.
  • •No relocation benefit; only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Waukesha, WI will be considered.
  • •Be knowledgeable with industrial airless and/or air pressure painting (preferred).
