Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead process and mechanical design for power generation facilities (gas turbine simple/combined-cycle, CHP, conventional thermal plants)
  • •Develop heat and mass balances, thermodynamic cycle analyses, and equipment sizing
  • •Prepare equipment specifications, data sheets, P&IDs, and process flow diagrams
  • •Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, electrical, controls, civil/structural) as lead process engineer
  • •Support feasibility studies, FEED, and detailed engineering, with occasional field support for construction, commissioning, startup, or performance testing

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
  • •10–35 years of relevant power plant process/mechanical engineering experience
  • •Background at an AE firm, EPC contractor, utility, or major power equipment OEM
  • •Strong experience in gas turbine simple/combined-cycle plants, cogeneration/CHP, conventional thermal/boiler-based plants, biomass/WTE, chemical recovery boilers, or air pollution control systems (FGD/SCR)
