Float Personal Banker Associate I - Cincinnati West

Provide customer care for daily banking transactions by resolving inquiries and problems in line with Fifth Third policies. Build rapport with customers, maintain confidentiality, and follow ethics and risk expectations while working to a positive customer experience. Perform day-to-day office responsibilities, support balancing/cash-handling activities, and refer customers to appropriate business partners for products and services. This role requires travel between financial centers and includes meeting sales referral goals.
