Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the roadmap for sensitive-information detection and remediation, partnering with Finance, Legal, and Security on classification models, remediation workflows, and trusted reporting.
  • •Lead build-vs-buy decisions and vendor evaluations for sensitive-information protection and enterprise data access components (including DLP/search tooling).
  • •Drive production rollout and self-service onboarding for an enterprise data access platform across connectors for email, messaging, document stores, and search, including export-control enforcement and audit logging.
  • •Integrate enterprise content sources into an AI knowledge platform, ensuring content accuracy, freshness, and access control for reliable agent consumption.
  • •Serve as technical lead across the three workstreams, align Security/Finance/Legal/AI stakeholders, mentor engineers, and cultivate documentation/runbooks and operational rigor.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •15+ years building and operating large-scale enterprise platforms with a track record of expanding technical scope and influence.
  • •Strong foundation in backend systems, distributed systems, and high-performance computing, including large-scale data processing and indexing pipelines.
  • •Background in enterprise security, data governance, or compliance platforms, including familiarity with classification, remediation workflows, access control models, and audit requirements.
  • •Experience building or integrating secure API platforms, data connectors, or enterprise SaaS integrations at scale (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint, Google Drive, Slack, Teams).
