Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute ISC resilience transformation projects, including insourcing, outsourcing, manufacturing localization, and site/DC transitions.
  • •Manage sending and receiving activities focused on Juarez manufacturing sites.
  • •Deliver projects on budget and schedule with identified financial benefits, including due diligence and “hidden factory capture.”
  • •Translate program plans and business requirements into actionable projects with accurate cost, schedule, and benefits.
  • •Manage project charters, risks/mitigation, project schedules and data updates in HRP/Accolade, and run periodic executive business reviews; implement Six Sigma/Lean improvement actions during transitions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, finance, or another technical/analytical discipline with a minimum of 8 years progressive experience.
  • •5+ years of experience independently managing complex, high-value enterprise projects, including defining scope, budget, financial payback, and Integrated Project Plans.
  • •5+ years of experience developing and delivering presentations to a VP-level audience with financial models and scenario outcomes.
  • •Willingness to travel up to 25% to various regional sites.
  • •Business acumen and proficiency in written and spoken English.
