Build strong client relationships by proactively reaching out and following up with customers through in-person, appointment, and virtual channels. Assess customer banking needs, gather and process account information, and educate clients on deposit and loan products and digital/self-service tools. Provide an excellent client experience through account opening, service requests, and credit application submissions, while partnering with branch teams and optimizing service accuracy and efficiency.
