Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate development, implementation, and maturation of the Geohazard Management Program across local distribution companies, including governance, standards, prioritization, and mitigation strategies.
  • •Advance pipeline integrity programs by identifying emerging threats, applying industry best practices, and implementing risk-informed solutions to improve safety and reliability while meeting regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • •Align and standardize integrity management practices, standards, and governance frameworks across Canadian and U.S. programs and lead cross-functional integration for consistent execution.
  • •Drive continuous improvement using lessons learned, root cause analysis, and performance insights; support governance, deployment, and continuous updates of the Integrity Management System and align integrity programs with operational controls.
  • •Lead and develop a team of integrity professionals by providing strategic direction, coaching, and performance leadership while fostering safety, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university.
  • •8+ years of experience in pipeline integrity, risk management, engineering, or equivalent.
  • •Registered member with PEO as P. Eng in Ontario (or preference for a PE in the U.S.).
  • •Demonstrated leadership experience managing technical teams and complex programs.
  • •Solid understanding of integrity management concepts, risk evaluation, and relevant regulatory standards.
