Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage agents daily to deliver against business strategy and compliance with contract requirements.
  • •Review and propose corrective actions for Commercial A&P and A&D budgets and RF forecasts; oversee key agent projects.
  • •Participate in key customer meetings and represent Pernod Ricard in customer projects, tenders, and concessions with data-led recommendations.
  • •Monitor merchandising materials and visibility, provide inputs to improve sell-through, and oversee trade marketing activities across brands.
  • •Drive promotion management and ROI optimization through campaign analysis; manage brand consultants and conduct competition analysis.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • •Minimum 7 years’ experience in sales and retail business, ideally in Wine & Spirits, Travel Retail, or FMCG & Luxury.
  • •Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and make business decisions.
  • •Excellent communication skills in English and Korean (written and verbal).
