Key Responsibilities

  • •Work cross-functionally to build, test, deploy, and launch UIs that operationalize workflows at scale.
  • •Participate in product reviews and team meetings, providing technical insight and helping scope, estimate, and prioritize needs.
  • •Evaluate new technologies and approaches to streamline and improve rapid application development tooling and conventions.
  • •Participate in on-call rotation and lead incident reviews; communicate complex technical issues and solutions to stakeholders.
  • •Apply engineering best practices, support team growth, and help guide projects and decisions that improve system quality, reliability, and performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience building enterprise applications with React, TypeScript, React Native, and internal UI frameworks, plus video player technologies.
  • •Familiarity with backend services using Java Spring Boot, GraphQL, and gRPC (valued).
  • •Experience with media processing pipelines (e.g., transcoding and packaging), DRM systems, or cloud-based media services such as AWS Elemental (plus).
  • •Familiarity with storage and metadata services (e.g., S3-based layers) and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions (beneficial).
  • •A strong sense of ownership, independence, initiative, and the ability to collaborate and guide UI engineering decisions and best practices.
