Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary UKG Pro subject matter expert for People Ops, fielding requests and troubleshooting issues.
  • •Manage and triage People Systems requests through Jira, ensuring timely prioritization, tracking, and resolution.
  • •Build, maintain, and enhance UKG Pro reports and dashboards for HR, Finance, and business leaders.
  • •Configure and maintain UKG Pro modules including core HR, timekeeping, accruals, and scheduling.
  • •Document system processes and configuration changes, and partner with People Ops to address recurring issues at their root cause.
