Job Summary

Senior Risk Consultant to lead risk management for major UK infrastructure projects. You’ll engage with project teams and senior stakeholders, develop and monitor risk governance, produce comprehensive risk reports, support bids, and mentor staff in best-practice risk management.

Key Responsibilities

•Engage with project teams to ensure effective implementation of risk management
•Provide direct risk management input to bids and proposals to secure new business
•Perform risk assurance checks to ensure quality of project and programme risk management
•Communicate key project and programme risk management data to senior leaders
•Produce comprehensive risk reports for informed decision making

Key Requirements

•3+ years experience in risk management, with at least 2 years on high value projects
•Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised university or hold a risk management qualification (MOR, APM Risk, IRM)
•Experience in a multi-discipline project environment
•Proficiency with Industry Risk Management tools (ARM, Xactium, RiskHive, Predict)
•Experience in Quantitative Risk Analysis (QCRA & QSRA) using tools such as Safran, Primavera Risk Analyser, @risk
