Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Product Development Coordinator to support the Fragrance Product Development team in day-to-day execution. Reporting to the Assistant Product Development Manager, this role ensures project momentum across multiple workstreams. You will own sample logistics, meeting preparation, documentation, and operational follow-up to enable the PD team to focus on creative development in a fast-paced beauty environment.

Job Function: Executive & General Management

Key Responsibilities

•Enhance the effectiveness and productivity of the PD team by supporting daily functions as needed
•Maintain discretion and confidentiality on all projects and product development activities
•Receive, track, and label all incoming product and packaging samples (lab submissions, standards, sprays, etc.)
•Organize and maintain sample closets, product libraries, and project bins
•Archive formulas from contract manufacturers for future reference

Key Requirements

•2-3 years of experience in coordination, operations, or administrative support (experience in beauty or fragrance is a plus)

•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
•Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
