Manufacturing Engineering Test Leader

Develop, deploy, maintain, and improve the technical and administrative processes for Water and Air-Cooled Run Test Stands and Production UT Stands. Coordinate and oversee testing with engineering, technical service, product management, and certification agencies, while leading and developing a team of Engineering Test Technicians. Serve as a technical expert across run test stand software, hardware, testing processes, and controls, and drive first-pass yield improvements through calibration, maintenance, and facility upgrades.
