Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide direct support and communication to numerous account holders, understanding requirements and challenges.
  • •Coordinate vehicle sales run processes (run order, scheduling, notice to customer, repairs, accurate charge posting, reporting, invoicing) in coordination with account representatives.
  • •Monitor vehicle sales processes and stakeholder communications to ensure accuracy and an excellent client experience.
  • •Develop relationships with clients and explain auction processes, vehicle availability, preparation, and delivery.
  • •Liaise between clients and auction departments; partner with Accounts Receivable to post charges, send invoices, and pursue collections.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma/GED plus 3 years of related work experience, or a degree/certification above high school plus 1 year of related experience, or 5 years of related work experience.
