Key Responsibilities

•Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
•Maintain knowledge of retail consumer and small business products and recommend solutions aligned to the value proposition.
•Use CAMP and other approved marketing tools to reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
•Focus on cross-selling and outside sales activities, including presentations, business sales calls, and community financial literacy events.
•Provide guidance on sales and referrals, process teller transactions, and support risk management and confidential handling of business.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience providing transferable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
•Experience in the financial industry is preferred.
•Demonstrated ability to comfortably conduct sales activities to acquire new customers and/or cross-sell to existing customers.
•Must be able to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
•Ability to obtain S.A.F.E. Act registration at time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
