Special Events Server - HOB Las Vegas

Serve food and beverages at dinners and special events while providing positive, friendly, efficient guest service. Set up events with table and buffet preparation, carry and serve dishes, keep drinks filled, and replenish utensils. Maintain clean stations and perform opening/running/closing duties per HOB policy, handle guest needs and complaints professionally, and uphold safety and sanitation standards throughout fast-paced service.
