Job Summary

Support the Marketing function by owning financial planning and budget management, coordinating procurement activities, and managing vendor and contract workflows. Serve as the primary operational link between Marketing, Finance, Procurement, Legal, and external suppliers to ensure budgets, purchase requests, purchase orders, contracts, and payments are accurate, compliant, and timely. Deliver forecasts, variance analyses, governance reporting, and process improvements to increase efficiency and visibility.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare and manage the Marketing department’s annual budget and financial plans, including forecasting, monitoring spend, and producing reports and variance analyses.
•Coordinate Marketing procurement activities end-to-end, from purchase requisitions and tender documents to sourcing, evaluation, contracting, purchase order issuance, and payments.
•Manage vendor and contract records and timelines, monitor vendor performance, and support contract renewals, amendments, extensions, and closure activities.
•Review invoices and supporting documents for contract and PO alignment, track invoice/payment status, and follow up on blocked, rejected, or incorrectly submitted invoices.
•Act as the operational link between Marketing and Finance/Procurement/Legal, ensuring compliance, maintaining documentation for audits, and building trackers/dashboards and operational records.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
•Professional certification in Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Project Management is an advantage.
•4–6 years of relevant experience in finance operations, procurement, commercial operations, business partnering, or budget management.
•Experience supporting Marketing, Communications, Events, Media, or Sponsorships is preferred.
•Experience managing budgets, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, contracts, invoices, and vendor relationships.
