Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform and review general ledger entries to ensure accuracy, completeness, and IFRS compliance.
  • •Coordinate and lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities to meet timelines and accuracy requirements.
  • •Manage balance sheet reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and oversee accruals, prepayments, and provisions.
  • •Maintain fixed asset registers and process intercompany transactions, including capitalization, depreciation, disposal, and settlements.
  • •Support financial statement preparation, audit schedules and queries, VAT returns and reconciliations, and internal controls; implement and improve ERP/accounting systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
  • •6+ years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in healthcare or shared services.
  • •Strong knowledge of IFRS and general accounting principles.
  • •Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • •Experience managing month-end closings, reconciliations, fixed assets, intercompany accounting, and VAT compliance.
