Serve as a financial concierge for walk-in customers in a branch environment, helping retain and grow both consumer and business relationships. Proactively identify customer goals, recommend deposit and other banking products, and complete transactions accurately while balancing daily. Resolve customer issues with exemplary service, educate customers on deposit offerings, and refer customers across the bank to strengthen partnerships. Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies.
