Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead environmental planning and compliance efforts, including preparation of NEPA documentation and coordination with state utility regulatory agencies (including PUCT) to support transmission siting, routing, and permitting approvals.
  • •Manage early-stage due diligence for siting energy projects and associated infrastructure.
  • •Provide project management on mid- to large-sized projects, including schedules, budgets, invoicing, and coordination with clients, technical staff, and subconsultants.
  • •Develop environmental documents and entitlements for high-profile infrastructure projects, with a focus on energy sector work.
  • •Serve as a seller-doer: build and maintain client relationships, lead pursuits and project teams, support proposal development and cost estimates, and expand the regional energy permitting portfolio.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in environmental planning or a related field.
  • •6 years of relevant experience (or equivalent) supporting electric transmission and renewable energy permitting/NEPA work, routing and siting analysis, land use entitlement applications, and/or leading multi-disciplinary technical teams.
  • •Ability to travel for agency/client meetings as needed.
  • •Valid U.S. Driver's license is required.
  • •U.S. Citizenship is required.
