Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and ship FC App features including management dashboards, shift planning, slotting, roster/labor tracking, and operational workflows.
  • •Use AI-assisted development tools and LLM APIs to build quickly while owning code quality, cost, latency, and maintainability.
  • •Design and deploy AI-powered solutions and agents for FC operations, including multimodal processing with evals, guardrails, observability, QA, security, and documentation.
  • •Partner with FC leadership, operators, and Tech to identify operational pain points, prioritize automation backlog, integrate data sources, and drive adoption.
  • •Continuously expand AI and automation across FC operations and communicate timelines, trade-offs, and expectations to business partners.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • •Full-stack development and coding skills, including Python, SQL, and JavaScript/TypeScript, with the ability to integrate systems and APIs.
  • •Experience with AI-assisted and agentic development, including Cursor, Claude Code, LLMs, prompt engineering, AI agents, and ideally evals and observability/tracing/guardrails.
  • •Ability to translate operational needs into software, scope opportunities, iterate quickly with feedback, and deliver results independently.
  • •Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment; fulfillment/operations/e-commerce experience is a plus.
