Analyze building and energy data to deliver consultative documentation for customers under Connected Service Agreements. Gather and validate site information via walkthroughs and plan reviews, travel to customer sites as needed, and collaborate with account managers and field technicians to help grow Service Agreements, service quoted work, turnkey, and controls sales.

•Lead quarterly or semiannual Technical Strategy Review meetings for Connected Service Agreement customers.
•Utilize energy conservation measures to optimize building operations and drive sustainability projects.
•Fulfill Digital Services contract obligations effectively, efficiently, and within safety standards.
•Gather and validate preliminary information through facility walkthroughs and construction plan review; travel to customer job sites as required.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in engineering or engineering technology, or equivalent education and experience.
•Strong familiarity with energy management systems, building automation systems, HVAC systems, and/or temperature controls.
•Experience understanding and manipulating technical information and responding to questions from customers or teammates.
•Experience collecting, analyzing, and presenting data clearly and accurately.
•Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations.
