Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide subject matter technical leadership for multi-site/phase due diligence, investigation, remediation, improvement, and construction of building and infrastructure projects
  • •Lead design and development of load-bearing structures and contract drawings/specifications for bridges and related transportation projects
  • •Mentor and oversee mid-level and junior engineers, supporting career development and ensuring quality of work
  • •Support department management, staff utilization, and business development activities including proposals
  • •Ensure compliance with design standards, safety, and regulatory requirements while upholding company policies
