Key Responsibilities

•Provide subject matter technical leadership for multi-site/phase due diligence, investigation, remediation, improvement, and construction of building and infrastructure projects
•Lead design and development of load-bearing structures and contract drawings/specifications for bridges and related transportation projects
•Mentor and oversee mid-level and junior engineers, supporting career development and ensuring quality of work
•Support department management, staff utilization, and business development activities including proposals
•Ensure compliance with design standards, safety, and regulatory requirements while upholding company policies

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering
•10+ years of relevant post-education experience
•Engineering license is required
