Key Responsibilities

•Develop and implement program delivery plans that align with WSP’s corporate goals and client expectations across multiple projects.
•Lead program-level planning, reporting, and performance management activities across multiple projects and disciplines.
•Supervise and provide technical direction to project managers, engineers, and support staff involved in program execution.
•Oversee governance frameworks, project delivery standards, and escalation procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
•Coordinate interdependencies, manage risk, and ensure integration of scope, schedule, budget, and quality across the program.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Management, Construction Management, or a closely related discipline, or demonstrated proven equivalent experience.
•12+ years of relevant post-education experience in program management or related areas.
•Understanding of core components of electric utility technical systems, project flows, and operational processes.
•Extensive experience leading multi-disciplinary programs from inception to completion in infrastructure, transportation, or similar sectors.
•Strong understanding of integrated project delivery methods, including design-build, CM/GC, and other alternative models.
