Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement program delivery plans that align with WSP’s corporate goals and client expectations across multiple projects.
  • •Lead program-level planning, reporting, and performance management activities across multiple projects and disciplines.
  • •Supervise and provide technical direction to project managers, engineers, and support staff involved in program execution.
  • •Oversee governance frameworks, project delivery standards, and escalation procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
  • •Coordinate interdependencies, manage risk, and ensure integration of scope, schedule, budget, and quality across the program.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Management, Construction Management, or a closely related discipline, or demonstrated proven equivalent experience.
  • •12+ years of relevant post-education experience in program management or related areas.
  • •Understanding of core components of electric utility technical systems, project flows, and operational processes.
  • •Extensive experience leading multi-disciplinary programs from inception to completion in infrastructure, transportation, or similar sectors.
  • •Strong understanding of integrated project delivery methods, including design-build, CM/GC, and other alternative models.
