Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead assessment of client environments and challenges, developing and implementing a fit-for-purpose structured approach to controls & performance solutions.
  • •Lead analysis, definition, and documentation of findings and recommendations reports across stages of client engagements.
  • •Deliver workshops in virtual and face-to-face environments with client representatives.
  • •Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams across client sites and virtually, deploying tailored methodologies, processes, tools, and systems.
  • •Provide line management and development of direct reports; drive business generation (bids/proposals) and support internal transformation product development.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years’ experience in Project Controls and exposure to major project/programme management environments, including PMO/controls & performance roles.
  • •Experience on major capital projects/programmes covering schedule, cost, risk, change, and/or performance reporting in the infrastructure sector (including defence, nuclear, rail, airports, highways, utilities) or similar.
  • •Familiarity with capability/maturity assessments across capital delivery, PMO, controls & performance, or a specific function.
  • •Ability to write and present reports for complex stakeholder environments and engage with C-suite level executive client teams.
  • •Computer literacy in Office 365, diagramming/whiteboarding tools, collaboration tools, and controls & performance software such as Oracle Primavera, PRISM, and Power BI (or similar).
