Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and evaluate field installation activities to ensure work packages are completed according to Solutions Architect requirements and 3D-P installation standards.
  • •Serve as the on-site technical point of contact for customers, installers, Solutions Architects, and third-party vendors, providing technical guidance, troubleshooting, and support.
  • •Configure 3D-P and third-party equipment and work with the Solutions Architect to commission new wireless networks.
  • •Participate in installations, including material inventory, wiring/component installation, and other hands-on technical activities needed for project completion.
  • •Train, coach, mentor, and certify customer personnel and installers on 3D-P standards; conduct technical site assessments and maintain accurate project documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience with wireless technology, preferably outdoor deployments, with understanding of RF and wireless network design.
  • •Familiarity with computer networking, network protocols, and operating systems including Windows and Linux.
  • •Ability to read, understand, implement, and develop statements of work, installation guides, and technical/project documentation.
  • •Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues; experience with 2D modeling tools such as AutoCAD and/or Deswik is preferred.
  • •Wireless installation/certification experience and preferred certifications (Cisco, Rajant, Cambium) and/or related industry experience (mining, oil and gas).
