Job Summary

Join a 10-week summer internship where you’ll work on projects that impact the business, meet with Texas Capital leaders, and build fundamentals in financial and credit analysis. You’ll research and analyze transaction structures and investment proposals, develop client pitch and marketing materials, stay current on market and client issues, and maintain compliance-ready files. Successful interns may interview for full-time roles in the STARs Program.

Key Requirements

•Completion of at least 6 hours of accounting and at least 6 hours of finance.
•Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2, confirmed via transcript.
•Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills with interest in a long-term career in banking.
