Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with project planning, including site layout, scheduling, and resource allocation for timely completion.
  • •Supervise on-site activities by monitoring progress, performing quality control, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations and building codes.
  • •Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to manage workflow and resolve conflicts.

  • •Professional degree in MMUP Engineer Registration (UPDA).
  • •Proficiency using construction tools, equipment, and software such as AutoCAD, project management software, and surveying instruments.
  • •Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations, including OSHA standards, to conduct risk assessments and enforce safety protocols.
