Security Manager Eastern Europe (Operational and Technical Security)

Lead operational and technical security across DP World’s Eastern Europe Cluster, designing and integrating advanced security systems for ports, terminals, and logistics operations. Own security solution standards and project lifecycle delivery—from technical reviews and vendor assurance to incident response, risk management, audits, and investigations. Partner with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with security frameworks and customer/regulatory requirements, while overseeing guard force and service provider performance.
