Key Responsibilities

•Manage the Inventory and Quality teams, focusing on operational efficiency, productivity, and meeting service levels (SLA).
•Lead the team in line with the company culture, promoting engagement and professional development to ensure a positive workplace experience.
•Analyze deviations, damages and losses in stock and define strategic action plans with operations to mitigate failures.
•Ensure compliance with safety regulations and established processes, maintaining a safe working environment for all.
•Monitor daily inspections and internal/regional audits, ensuring full adherence to work instructions and company standards.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering, Administration or related fields
•Previous experience leading operational teams in logistics, specifically inventory control or quality
•Intermediate proficiency with Excel and/or Google Sheets, warehouse management systems (WMS), SAP or similar, and experience generating and analyzing data to monitor KPIs
•Available to work on-site in Cajamar, SP, Brazil and in night shifts as scheduled
•Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a focus on safety and process adherence
