  • •Manage multiple enterprise projects, delivering required products across project phases with sponsor signoff and completion.
  • •Establish and update project plans and schedules, monitor progress at an operational level, and manage deviations, tradeoffs, and milestones.
  • •Ensure planned quality through appropriate quality assurance and quality control activities.
  • •Liaise with sponsors, customers, vendors, and partners; facilitate continuous communication, manage expectations, and escalate unresolved issues.
  • •Obtain and manage project budgets and expenditures, coordinate risk reviews and mitigation, manage change control, and close out projects with lessons learned and proper documentation.
