Job Summary

Join the Technology Command Centre to keep BTSE’s technology operations reliable and continuously improving. You’ll monitor critical systems, detect and triage incidents, coordinate incident response and recovery, and maintain detailed incident records. Partner with Technology teams to enhance service desk operations and incident management processes, and contribute to knowledge bases and FAQs to speed up resolution of support requests.

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor the performance of technology systems to proactively detect issues.
•Execute incident detection protocols and coordinate incident response efforts.
•Implement recovery procedures to restore normal operations after an incident.
•Collaborate with Technology teams to improve service desk operations and incident management processes.
•Maintain detailed incident records and contribute to knowledge bases and FAQs for Technology support.

Key Requirements

•Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
•Over 3 years of professional experience in IT technology operations and support.
•Proficient in problem-solving and troubleshooting with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
•Proficient in both English and Mandarin.
•Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Experience:3+ yearsFintechBlockchain
