Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify client needs and contribute to proposals.
  • •Define project needs and present technical information, concepts, and study outcomes to stakeholders.
  • •Establish design criteria, develop mass balances, define process flow diagrams, size and select process equipment, and prepare piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs).
  • •Develop laboratory test programs, oversee their execution, and analyze resulting data.
  • •Prepare capital and operating cost estimates and review tender packages, technical specifications, and related engineering documents.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or an equivalent discipline.
  • •15+ years of relevant experience in metallurgical processes.
  • •Current P.Eng license.
  • •Experience in consulting engineering companies (an asset).
  • •Strong initiative, attention to detail, and a rigorous work approach.
