Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform sub-assembly and component assembly operations (including bonding and riveting) to complete sub-assembled components to exact specifications.
  • •Install and adjust parts to complete Aircraft Seat Repairs.
  • •Interpret and follow trim/finish drawings, work orders, job cards, and verbal/written instructions to assemble components accurately.
  • •Set up and operate fixtures, jigs, and testing equipment; perform fit and adjustment and final checks/adjustments to meet quality standards.
  • •Maintain accurate records and ensure work conforms to procedures/quality specifications; move materials and report non-compliance or safety issues promptly.

Key Requirements

  • •HS Diploma or equivalent; if no HS diploma or GED, 2 years of relevant experience is required.

  • •Skilled in reading and interpreting work orders, trim and finish drawings, blueprints, job cards, and marked-up drawings.
