Lead regional auction operations by directing a team of General Managers across approximately 10 ADESA locations. Drive business goals through operational leadership, data-driven opportunity identification, and strategic planning aligned to company objectives. Own change management and process development across the region, mentoring leaders through coaching, succession planning, and performance management. Provide ongoing site support with significant travel, while ensuring safety compliance and customer and team engagement.

•Advise senior leaders using gathered and analyzed business, financial, and operational information; use data to identify opportunities and recommend solutions.
•Partner across project management and operations teams to execute change management initiatives across the region and locations.
•Mentor General Managers through coaching, leadership development, and performance management to support succession planning, while ensuring safety policy adherence.

Salary: USD 170,000 - 200,000

•Strong understanding and track record leading operations, specifically Auction Operations, and growing exempt-level leaders while implementing changes.
